ITS Group Information Technology's co-location facility was designed with a focus on security and fault-free redundancy. Our facility is located in downtown Edmonton, Alberta. Our facility is monitored 24 x 7. We offer environmental controls to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted service.

ITS Group Information Technology has many types of co-location offerings that are tailored to the customer’s needs including:

Physical Access Co-lo – This is designed for customers who own their own servers and need to have physical access to their servers.  The customers rent rackspace in ITS Group Information Technology’s dedicated co-location facility.  The co-location facility is a secured environment with 24/7 access.  The monthly fees for each rack include firewall protection, dedicated 100Mbps port(s), dedicated 20AMP power supply(s) and fully burstable data transfer. Re-boots are FREE.

Remote Access Co-lo – This is designed for customers who own their own servers and need remote access but do not need physical access to their servers.  We provide space in our secured data center, which houses our managed servers, by placing the customer’s servers in our racks and provisioning the servers on our network.  The monthly fees are based on the server size, number of 100Mbps ports needed on the switch router and bandwidth needed.  Re-boots are FREE.

Managed Co-lo – This is designed for customers who want to take advantage of our enhanced managed services but own their own servers.  Unlike many other managed hosting companies, we will co-locate and provision your servers within our data center and then our network administrators will fully manage your servers as your outsourced server administration department. 

Those wishing to take advantage of the Remote Access and Managed Co-lo offerings will work with our provisioning team in the safe delivery of the servers to the ITS Group Information Technology facility.
