Reseller FAQ Can I participate in the program if I am not a customer of ITS Group Information Technology? How do I refer customers to purchase Shared & Dedicated hosting plans? Does ITS Group Information Technology provide downloadable product marketing materials? How do I receive credit for my customer's orders? What is the difference between a projected and actual commission amount? Which plans am I able to earn commissions on? Where can I review the commission structures? Is there a cost to participate in the Agent program? How long is the term of my membership? How do I renew my membership? Can I cancel my membership at any time? Whom do I contact for Resellers assistance? Can I participate in the program if I am not a customer of ITS Group Information Technology? Yes, we welcome all resellers into our program. You can sell any of our services from hosting to our software and ITS Group Information Technology advertising. How do I refer customers to ITS Group Information Technology to purchase Shared and Dedicated Server hosting plans? Once you qualify for the Reseller program, you will have the opportunity to sell our services toy your customers. Just let us know what you need and we will do the rest. Does ITS Group Information Technology provide downloadable product marketing materials? Yes, we provide our Resellers with downloadable marketing materials to help you educate yourself on our product offerings. These marketing materials are available in Microsoft Word format. These downloadable marketing materials outline ITS Group Information Technology mission, reliability, superior service and world-class network. The marketing materials also enlighten potential customers on shared and dedicated hosting as well as many hosting features. How do I receive credit for my customer's orders? All orders placed by you will be credited to your account and will be used to compute your monthly commissions. Additionally, you can also place orders for your customers through your e-mail to reseller@ITsGroup.org What is the difference between a projected commission amount and an actual commission amount? A projected commission amount is a commission amount that has not been validated. As your customer referral orders are placed, your accounts are immediately credited with the projected commission amount. Over the next 90 days the commission amounts may change due to customer accounts that are closed or suspended due to delinquent payments. After 90 days, the commission amounts are recalculated, based on the activity over the course of the two-month period, and the actual commission amount is derived. Which plans am I able to earn commissions on? All plans and "additional item" such as software packages and ITS Group Information Technology Advertising sales are eligible for commissions. Where can I review the commission structures? The commission structures are available through the Resellers section on itsgroup.org. Is there a cost to participate in the Agent program? No, the Agent program is FREE we do not request a membership fee. How long is the term of my membership? 1 year. How do I renew my membership? Before your 1 year membership anniversary date, you will be contacted by email to renew your membership. Can I cancel my membership at any time? You are able to cancel your membership at any time. Whom do I contact for Reselllers assistance? There are ITS Group Information Technology representatives dedicated to assisting you with the Reseller program specifically. General inquiries can be sent to resellers @ITsGroup.org. Once you become a member, contact information for your Agent Representative can be found through your personal "Agent" menu in SiteControl.
