Dealer Marketplace(tm) is a
user friendly and fully customizable real-time heavy
equipment sales lot where dealers can display equipment in
an easy to use format. Little or no experience is required
on the dealer's part to add, edit or delete equipment from
the inventory. Add multiple images for each piece of
equipment in a photo tour. All system-level and
merchant-level administration runs entirely from a
standard web browser. You can dynamically create or update
equipment listings, photos and text in real-time.
Dealer Marketplace has built-in support for third-party
software, such as CyberCash for real-time credit card
processing; banner ad system and statistical reporting
system lets you know how many people looked at each piece
of equipment.
Dealer Marketplace Commerce Builder supports Secure
Electronic Transactions (SET).

With SET, Internet payment card transactions are safer
than their traditional physical counterparts. SET relies
upon strong cryptography based on RSA's widely accepted
Public Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS) and RSA digital
certificates, consumers are assured their bankcard
transactions only occur in a secure, authenticated, and
confidential environment. *SET is a standardized,
industry-wide protocol safe transmission of sensitive
bankcard information over public networks. Jointly
developed by MasterCard and Visa International, SET uses
RSA encryption and authentication technologies to enable
secure payment transactions.

General Public/ End User Section:
Users can search for equipment based on make, model,
year, and price.
Search globally ( all dealer locations) or locally
(each dealer location).
Pinpoint location of equipment by clicking on
map/location button.
Users can contact seller or dealer directly from the
listing.
View other equipment that particular agent or
dealership has for sale.
Loan calculator to calculate the payments based on a
particular down payment, loan rate, length of loan and
price.
Agent / Sales Person Section:
Sales people can login to an area that is
password-protected in-order to add, edit or delete
equipment listings right from their browser.
Salesperson can upload multiple photos of equipment
right from their computer. No Fancy software or equipment
is needed.
No need to worry about picture sizes or formats.
Although we do have recommended file sizes; our system
automatically re-sizes and modifies the photos to fit the
page properly.
If a listing sells before the expiration date the
listing agent can flag the equipment as sold.
No more frustrated customers wondering how old the
listings are, or the sales status of the equipment listed
on your site. All images and information are deleted from
the database when the listing is deleted or when time
limit has been exceeded.

Owners may start by setting the initial look of the
Dealer Marketplace System! Such as...
1. Set New Login and Password
2. Give the application its name, ex: "Your Equipment
Dealership"
3. Set the meta key search words that the search
engines will use to index the application into the search
engine databases
4. Set the meta description that will be accessed by
the search engines to be included with link in the search
engine databases
5. Set all administrative contact information, such as
email and post-mail addresses phone numbers, contact names
and more.
6. Change the header graphic for the site
7. If commerce enabled (pay per view) Set account
pricing for all services you provide from 1 day to 1 year.
8. "Photo Flagging" tells clients the listing has a
photo attached. Option to turn it on or off.
9. SSL (secure server) not required if credit card
processing not activated. SSL is recommended for the
overall security of the Dealer Marketplace administration
area.

administration access
1. Level one. Merchant-level privileges for
submitting/uploading equipment listings.
2. Level two. System administrators will have access
to all site functions and global settings. All
administration can be accomplished with a simple web
browser.
