Domain
Renewal Policy
Go Back
1. Domain name
registrations can be extended at any time for up to 10 years.
Please contact
support@itsgroup.org
to make these changes. Note: Domain extensions are
non-refundable.
2. Domains that are within
30 days of expiration and have the "Auto-Renew" option checked,
will be renewed automatically for a period of 1 year. A renewal
notification will be emailed to the address in your account. As
this is the only form of notification you will receive, please
keep your email address current.
3. If the "Auto-Renew"
option is not checked, you will receive a notification email in
advance that your domain is about to expire; you will be given
the option to enable it.
4. To verify which option
your domain is set to, login to the members area at
https://itsgroup.org/domains.htm using the domain name that you want to check.
5. Renewals will be billed
to the credit card you have on file. If the credit card
information you have on file is invalid or has been declined,
you will receive an email with an opportunity to update the
payment information.
6. When a domain name
expires, all services associated with that domain name (web
hosting, email, etc.) will stop functioning. Approx. 30 days
after the date of expiration, the domain name will be released
to the public and become available for registration by other
parties. There will be a $30 manual processing fee to renew a
domain name that is expired, but not yet released.
