How do I change my password(s)?

Main account password.  This is the password that was entered when you registered and we confirm this password for access to the members area to authorize changes to your account.  Please call or email us support@ITsGroup.org with the old and new password and we'll update your account. This will also change your FTP password if you have one.

Change your FrontPage 98 password: Open your website in frontpage by opening it from http://www.yourdomain.com.  From the tools menu, select change password and follow the directions to change your password.  If the 'change password' option is 'grayed' out, then call or email the old and new password to us at support@ITsGroup.org and we'll change it for you. 

Change your FrontPage 2000 password: Open your website in frontpage by opening it from http://www.yourdomain.com.  From the tools menu, select security and then select change password and follow the directions to change your password.  If the 'change password' option is 'grayed' out, then call or email the old and new password to us at support@ITsGroup.org and we'll change it for you. 

Change your FTP password: Please call us or email us at support@ITsGroup.org with the old and new password and we'll make the change. Please note that this will be the same password as the main password and will change it as well.

Change your Statistics password: Login to the statistics site using your current password at http://stats.itsgroup.org. Click on the icon in the upper right for 'Virtual Admin'.  Click on 'User Management' and then click on 'List all users' and click on your login name.  Enter a new password and submit the change.

Change your Online PostMaster password:  Login to the postmaster account at http://mail.itsgroup.org using postmaster@yourdomain.com and your current password.  Click on link to 'change password' and follow directions.

Change your email password:  Login to web mail at http://mail.itsgroup.org using your full email address and password.  Click on the link to 'change password' and follow the directions.
