What services do you support?
All of our servers are running Windows 2000 Server. We fully
support Microsoft Windows NT and Windows 2000 hosting,
also ASP.Net, Linux and Unix hosting.
What limits do you place on the material that you host?
We do not allow illegal material to be hosted on our servers.
Any material found to be illegal will immediately be reported to
the authorities. We also forbid our servers to be used to send
bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Terms and Conditions
for more information.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and U.S. and
Canadian checks. Check order payments require a minimum of a
yearly payment. If you would like to pay monthly, you can do so
using your credit card.
What are your primary and secondary DNS servers?

What version of PERL are you running?
We are running ActivePERL 5.0.
What version of PHP are you running?
We are running PHP4.
What version of ASP are you running?
We are running ASP 3.0 and ASP.NET.
What databases do you support?
We support Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
How many SQL database is included in the Business and
Developer plan?
Business plan can have one 100MB SQL 2000 database. Developer
plan can have two databases that share the 200MB SQL disk space.
Additional SQL database can be purchased from our sales
department.
How many SQL database user can I have?
You can have 2 SQL users per database (one for dbo, one for data
access). Additional SQL database users can be purchased from our
sales department.
What mail server software do you run?
We are running Imail Server.
Do you support ColdFusion?
Yes, and
we have very knowledgeable Cold Fusion technical support
staff.
What type of hardware do your web servers use?
We are running on Compaq Servers.
What web server software do you run?
We are running Microsoft Windows 2000 Server.
How is your network infrastructure?
We have dedicated digital lines tapped into the industry's most
advanced 100% fiber optic network.
How much do you charge to register a domain name?

How long does it take to process a new domain name or to
transfer an existing domain name?
Domains take up to 72 hours to process. For domain transfers the
start time begins when you approve the domain transfer.
Does your service include dialup and DSL access to the
Internet?
No it does not. Unlike many other hosting services, who share
bandwidth with dialup, DSL and web hosting clients, our hosting
service does not include dialup access. This allows us to keep
enough bandwidth open to guarantee the speedy delivery of your
web sites.
