1. Does ITS Group Information Technology offer 24 hour technical support?

Yes! We are dedicated to our customers and offer 24 x 7 x 365 always-on support via email, and telephone support Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm EST & Saturdays noon to 9pm EST.

2. How do I change my password?
When logging on to the control panel using your ITS Group Information Technology id and password, you may click on the "change password" tab at either the top or bottom of the page.

3. I forgot my password! How can I logon to the Control Panel?
Your privacy is our primary concern. For your protection, we will not give your password to anyone on the phone. However, if you have lost your password, call our customer service representatives and we will be happy to email your password to the email address we have on file for you.
