Using MS SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager,

Step 5.
a. Enter the IP address of the Destination SQL Server
b. Select "Use SQL Server Authentication
c. Enter User Name and Password
d. Select the Destination Database
e. Click on "Next >"
Step 6.
In The "Specify Table Copy or Query" Window, Select "Copy
Objects and data between SQL Server Databases". Click "Next >".
Step 7.
Uncheck "Use default Options" and click on "Options..." button.
In the "Options" window, please make sure that all security
options are unchecked:
"Copy database users and database roles."
"Copy SQL server logins."
"Object level permissions."
Click on "OK" button, click on "Next >" button to move on to
next step.
Step 8.
Select "Run immediately". Click on "Next >" to complete the
Wizard.
Step 9.
When you click "Finish" You will see the data start to copy
between the SQL Servers.
