to Use our Ticket Manager
Go Back
1. Go to our
Ticket Manager.
2. You'll get a window shown below. (See figure 1).

3. Then just fill out the information in the text box.
For number 1, Make sure to use your main email account so we can
reply to you as soon as possible.
For number 4, Scroll down to which department you want to
contact.
For number 5, Scroll down to what subject the question is
related.
Once your done, click on the "Submit Button." Our ticket
Manager will assign you a tracking number so that you can
check how long it takes for us to respond. It will email you a
copy of this tracking number.
4. If you want to track your inquiry click on the "Search"
button on the navigation bar and you'll see a form as seen
below. Type in your tracking number in the "Issue ID#"
and you'll see your past messages and replies from our tech
support.
