How to use CuteFTP to upload your site. (Unix users only)
If you do not have a copy of CuteFTP click here to get a free trial version.
 
Step 1. Open CuteFTP

Step 2. Click on "File", then click on "Site Manager"
You should then see box that looks like this:

Step 3. Click on "New..."
When you click on "New..." a box will appear that looks like this:

Step 4. Fill in each box with the appropriate information.
The host address is the domain name for your site.
The username and password are the same as the one you received when you signed up for your account.

Step 5. Click on "Connect"
You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this:

This is not where you will be placing your files.

In order to get to the correct folder for your site, you need to do the following:
1. Click on the "home" folder
2. On the next screen that appears click on the "http" folder
3. On the next screen that appears after that click on the "html" folder

Step 6. Upload the files for your site into the current folder you are in.
If you followed all the steps correctly, your site is now on the Internet!
